Key Responsibilities:

• Provides overall project management and writing for the development of RFPs and investor communications, PPMs, qualitative surveys, consultant/ industry databases
• Prepares proposal, presentation and communication materials. Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information. Ensures all materials meet established standards as to branding and message
• Updates and maintains the document library and marketing supplies
• Organizes client events such as investor road shows, shareholder meetings and conferences
• Maintain various marketing-related software programs, including SalesForce and Qvidian

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, with two to three years' relevant experience in similar role, with strong preference for background within the commercial real estate/investment management industry
• Prior experience with RFP writing is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Competent desktop publishing skills
