Join our team as a business analytics and process improvement manager with the opportunity to partner with leaders and end-customers to execute on strategic initiatives related to process and technology.
You will manage analytical processes and strategies, including data integration, operational reporting, dashboards and data mining exercises, and other ad-hoc analysis. There may also be oversight of other areas - document management, business analytics and business intelligence.
The successful person in this role will collaborate with leadership to drive value, service improvement and change across the account/portfolio. Including supporting change management routines in the adoption of savings strategies that drive a change within the historical delivery of services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates in technology focused or technology influenced strategic plan formulation. Owns success of custom programming and BI (Business Intelligence) design, implementation, business acceptance and system effectiveness.
Manages several technology systems, including ensuring integrity of data transfers between the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and other core business systems
Manipulates large sets of data to analyze complex issues, and presents metrics to back up assumptions and make actionable recommendations
Designs business metrics and dashboards for accountability
Identifies, documents and implements process improvements providing direction and guidance to the team on highly visible and complex process improvement initiatives
Creates, maintains and presents executive reports on operational performance
Serves as lead liaison between the business groups, information technology and vendors. Responsible for ensuring involvement of all critical participants to completion of projects.

Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement,
corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training, including two years of experience at the management level.
Previous Project Management, Business Analytics and/or Commercial Real Estate industry and/or related experience preferred.
Advanced skills in financial modeling, planning, database management/business intelligence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook; Advanced understanding of the following technologies: Enterprise Reporting Tool; SSRS Network and server architecture; Microsolf.NET Framework; SQL, C#.NET, ASP.NET, C+, VB.NET, Java, Technology security standards.
Knowledge of SSRS, Network and Server Architecture, Microsoft .NET Framework, Project planning and coordination experience preferred.
