Experienced, well-connected person with current production history will use their network and our resources to locate clients seeking debt or equity financing secured by commercial or multifamily real estate, gain the assignment to place the financing, evaluate the risk/opportunity presented in each transaction, and negotiate and close the deal on the best available structure and terms.
We represent top life companies making loans from $1 to $200+ million and major CMBS lenders. We are very active in placing bridge and construction financing with a variety of lenders, and represent as a correspondent Hunt Mortgage Group and Eastern Mortgage who writes Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, bridge, and HUD multifamily loans. We lend regionally from our Arizona base.
Characteristics of the successful candidate:
5 years or more experience in commercial real estate mortgage banking, lending or investment sales, dealing with transactions over $3 million in size.
Strong marketing and negotiation skills
Complete understanding of commercial real estate investment and valuation
Complete understanding of real estate finance
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Argus, and Internet search
Gregarious personality that can source business from personal network
Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
The ability to juggle competing priorities and manage time
Self-starter who anticipates problems and develops solutions
College degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or a related discipline
Honesty and integrity always, team player with strong work ethic
