Create a large variety of analyses and relevant documents related to operational analysis, commissions, and financial analysis to present to clients to enable them to make informed decisions.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR DAY TO DAY, YOU WILL:
Analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents, including the drafting of documents.
Consult and persuade key stakeholders on solutions that are critical to their continued growth and success.
Influence, motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired actions.
Develop strategic solutions that directly impact the client, leveraging analytics and experience of other team members.
Set your own deadline with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced team environment.
Comply with all state real estate agency requirements. Ensures compliance with CBRE's corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.
TO QUALIFY, YOU WILL HAVE:
A Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, economics, finance or related field.
Over 5 years applicable industry tenure or similar combination of education and experience with a passion for Commercial Real Estate.
Real Estate Salesperson license.
Advanced-level Excel Skills
Demonstrated financial terms and reporting, including calculating complex figures, forecasting and preparing budgets.
