The Equipment Finance Contract Administrator position resides within the Title Administration Department and is responsible for managing a population of title deficient accounts for the result of obtaining a perfected title from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), releasing our Security Interest when accounts are paid in full, and sending titles out for purposes of State to State Transfers, Retitles, etc.
Duties include: - resolving title deficiencies and responding to customer inquiries (external and internal) about the status of titles by e-mail, fax, phone, and direct mail - providing timely, professional and accurate title information to customers, DMVs, and vendors - gathering and reviewing title information from a wide variety of internal and external sources - preparing title applications and other title paperwork and submitting documents to the customer or DMVs - managing daily work activities with multiple software applications, including company systems as well as MS Office products (primarily Outlook, Word and Excel) - updating all work activities in systems of records with clear and concise documentation - release of titles for various scenarios (Paid in Full, State to State Transfers, Retitles, etc) - Toll related activities (Excel spreadsheet to upload for invoicing, Vendor queue for disposition)
PLEASE NOTE: The position requires that the candidate be able to lift boxes of titles up to 25 pounds.

The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hours may change due to business needs.

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
