Under a moderate level of supervision, creates workflows and screens for digital products, following usercentered design principles to create easy to use solutions that address true customer needs.
Lead the creation of the visual design and related assets for enterprise and consumer applications. Collaborates with product, developers and key business stakeholders.
Analyze and participate in gathering user and customer research data leveraging this information to create artifacts such as mockups of varying fidelities, typographic systems, animations, and interactive prototypes exhibiting a true understanding of the user.
Create inclusive and accessible designs based on user requirements, best practices and established design patterns for products that are web based as well as mobile.
Work across multiple platforms including Desktop, Smartphones, and Tablets.
Create application concepts by defining information architecture, user interface flow, wireframes mockups and other design guidelines.
Present designs and explain rationale to other team members and key stakeholders.
Ability to maintain an atomic design system and user interface kit.
Works with engineering team during the development process to ensure the visual design and interactions are implemented as designed
Initiates and leads efforts to improve the overall digital experience by continuously evaluating user behavior and design.
Collaborates within the team and with external teams to establish consistent practices and patterns and share ideas.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field. Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction or a related field is preferred. Typically has 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Consideration given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Solid understanding of data driven design activities, such as storyboarding and experience models, solid experience using these strategies to create high quality designs
Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are required.
Should be comfortable working in a very dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Proven ability to create mock-ups and produce multiple iterations efficiently
