This position is an ambassador for the client experience program, supervising non-exempt employees on the daily operations of Workplace Experience Services for one or more buildings with multiple workplace experience team members. Lead by example as a player / coach who ensures service excellence and enhanced experience for both the occupants and visitors to the workplace. The ideal candidate will love working with people; developing employees; have a can-do attitude; experience in facilities/property management, maintenance, hospitality and/or office services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising, as a player / coach, the delivery of Workplace Services for one or more buildings, which may include one or more of the following:
Reception and Visitor Experience
Hospitality, Concierge and Occupant Experience
Workplace Coaching and Onboarding Office Supply Management
Badge and Key Support
Conference / Meeting Room / Audio and Visual Support
Supervisor will be co-located and will require regular local travel between assigned facilities.
Supervises personnel assigned to workplace experience services, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, cross-training staff to perform multiple duties as back-up.
Support reception / visitor welcome responsibilities, as needed. Interface and maintain positive experience; ensure reception desk and lobby are safe and presentable.
Support responsibilities, as needed, for monitoring client established Temperature Scanning equipment to ensure that all employees, suppliers and/or visitors with results that are out of parameter are not allowed to enter the building; follows client established policies and procedures.
Develop / maintain positive client relationships; responds to customer needs/requests/problems tactfully and expediently, while ensuring effective services.
Responds to customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services.
Oversees operating policies and procedures ensuring those are aligned with the client's business needs, goals and objectives.
Seeks ways to reduce costs; implements cost savings programs and procedures to increase efficiency.
Provides administrative support including meeting coordination, office and workplace experience equipment care, and supply management.
Assists with Workplace Experience team member and third-party service provider on-boarding process, including new employee orientation, training and equipment.
Interface and liaison between maintenance trades and suppliers with occupants of the facility. Maintains positive working relationships with maintenance trades and suppliers.
Manages accuracy, production, quality and retention of program materials; which may include administration of SharePoint sites or similar. Ensures client and company materials comply with client and company guidelines.
Ensure safety standards are met by those delivery workplace experience services; whether company employees or third-party service providers.
Remains informed about developments within the Workplace Experience industry and networked with in-company subject matter experts to bring world class solutions to bear for the client.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or other relevant vocational training preferred. Minimum of 4 years related (e.g. Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service) roles preferred. Previous experience with customer service preferred.

Physical ability to assist with office environment operations. Able to lift 50 lbs.

As a Supervisor: 1. While adhering to all HSE requirements established for CBRE employees, supervisors and managers are required to: a. Provide sufficient distraction free time for employees to complete all required HSE training & support the HSE training program implicitly b. Investigate and resolve (if possible) all reported unsafe conditions / acts and communicate results back to the affected stakeholders c.
