Gathers and prioritize goals and requirements from disparate business, product, and engineering stakeholders.
Formulates design solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data.

Ensures that design solutions deliver business and customer impact.
Executes with efficiency, deploying the right design method or deliverable at the right time.
Drives collaborative efforts with product management and engineering to help define and implement high-quality user experiences
Creates design deliverables (workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, etc.) to convey both current state and ideal experience
Consistently considers the holistic user experience and potential states (errors, successes, dead-ends)
Considers other products developed within our ecosystem when making design decisions to pursue consistency and a seamless experience for end users
Demonstrates and articulates a strong understanding of information architecture, multi-step and cross-platform flows
Assists in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
Assists in the creation of research plans, test guides, interview guides, and user sessions
Demonstrates product design best practices including: mobile-first and content-first design, usability and accessibility best practices
Demonstrates good judgment in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and gestalt principles Familiar with capabilities and limitations of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field. Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction or a related field is preferred. Typically has 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Consideration given to an equivalent combination of education and experience. COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Ability to comprehend basic commercial real-estate terms, but not required to perform an analysis independently.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Wireframing, visual design, and prototyping. Generally strong critical thinking and analytic abilities. Experience working on complex web applications. Programming abilities (e.g. HTML/CSS), and experience working for smaller startups
