Manages the front office for CBRE. Responsible for vendor management and contact management towards parties who deliver office supplies, catering and cleaning services so that the specific buildings for which the facilities manager is responsible are clean ad all facilities are functioning. Usually responsible for smaller offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responds to client inquiries and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assisting in vendor management towards cleaning services, security, office supplies etc.
Inspects and oversees facility management and assists in operational procedures where and when needed.
Manages the front office on operational level. On the job training.
Gives input for and assists with preparing a yearly plan for the facility department including budgeting.
Interacts with caterers/vendors for events, and coordinates set up in conference/meetings rooms as necessary. Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding.

Trains and instructs new or relief personnel in the receptionist duties and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
