Summary: We are currently in search of a tenacious, results-driven, sales-focused commercial real estate leasing professional with a proven track record and strong work ethic. This team-based role will be responsible for generating business opportunities in the market for Riverwalk Properties (3.2 million square feet of commercial space), interaction with owner and C-suite executives. This individual will be involved with strategy development, canvassing existing space, attending networking events, making cold calls, initiating and conducting showings, negotiating and preparing leases all the while delivering white-glove customer service to existing tenants. Additionally, as a member of the leasing team, you will assist with developing highly effective marketing materials, strategizing sales initiatives, tracking space availability and efficiently managing database leads to improve sales opportunities. By leveraging your superior initiative, selling abilities and sound judgment, you will develop and close new business opportunities throughout Riverwalk Properties’ expansive real estate portfolio.
Drive the cold-calling program within the leasing team, converting cold calls to meetings and new business wins.
Partner on the rental/leasing/renewal process - from the search of quality tenants to background checks to final rental agreement terms.
Drive marketing and communication initiatives to ensure properties are show cased as highly-desirable within the greater rental area.
Proactive oversight of the maintenance of facilities to minimize problems and ensure that environments are clean, safe and perpetuate an aura “this is where I want to conduct business”.
Ensure processes and procedures are highly responsive to meet the needs and requests of tenants.
Assist with the development, maintenance and management of operating budget; tracking and reporting variances.
Perpetuate an interactive rapport with all tenants.
Ensure the execution of appropriate events and activities that are aligned with the tenants’ interests and lifestyles to promote a strong sense of community and a shared belonging.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate preferred with a minimum of 2 years of business experience.
2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing (previous brokerage experience a strong plus; working knowledge of real estate fundamentals).
Demonstrated success in the production of high-level sales (established clientele a strong plus).
Superior negotiation skills combined with a tenacious selling approach.
Keen ability to communicate effectively (written and oral), organize, prioritize and manage time.
Solid relationship building and fostering skills.
Strong financial acumen and working knowledge of accounting processes.
Adept at effectively leading and developing people, processes, and procedures.
Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Yardi
Additional Salary Information: Very competitive base salary with commission plan.
