Market Job Description
Primary responsibilities include financial underwriting, due diligence review and transaction execution.
Mentoring and training analysts and associates.
This person will function as an integral part of a deal team and must have the ability to effectively interface with senior management and clients.
Preparation of presentation materials to prospective clients.
Market Skills and Certifications
Relevant experience commercial real estate experience with most recent experience being in hotels.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Strong proficiency in Argus and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Ability to generate revenue and actively participate in the successful completion of complex transactions.
Sound judgment in the application of analytical conclusions to credit approval, structure and management recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communications to interact effectively with customers at various levels of staff and management.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Strong quantitative and qualitative abilities.
Computer proficiency, excellent writing skills and strong time management abilities.
