CBRE's Pacific Southwest Region is looking for a top-notch graphic designer! We are a team of 30 plus and consider ourselves the very best in the industry.
Responsibilities include producing graphic design artwork to support a wide range of marketing efforts including proposals, presentations, banners, placemats, advertising, postcards and e-blasts.
This position is for you if: You have a college degree in marketing or design
You have at least 2 to 3 years corporate graphic design experience and understand the importance of maintaining a consistent brand identity
You are comfortable managing a project with a client from concept to completion and providing your professional input as needed
You are a creative person that easily thinks outside the box
You feel confident in your writing, proofreading and editing abilities
You are quick on your feet and able to solve problems creatively
You're an expert with various software programs including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and the Microsoft Office suite
You have a solid grasp on the fundamental concepts of print as well as basic graphic design principles
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
You aren't afraid to voice your opinion and understand Marketing is a team sport! We have each other's back here at all times.
You are detail-oriented, organized, and are able to manage multiple project simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
You would describe yourself as reliable, consistent, hard-working and an up and comer
You have a team-mentality and are willing to assist team members as necessary and without hesitation

Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
Proactively communicates with team members on project scope and status.
Mid- to expert-level user of PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign among other additional Creative Suite software.
