CBRE is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for the Data Intelligence (DI) team in Pacific Southwest region for CBRE. The DI team works with internal and external clients to provide accurate, current and historical market data to assist them in making sound real estate decisions.
DI is focused on creating customized visualization data dashboards to increase efficiency and access to real estate data.
Responsibilities Deliver and update standard and bespoke data dashboards on Tableau, Power BI, Dimension and other visualization tools to enhance ROI of available data to producers and market leaders.
Use data programming skills SQL, Alteryx, R, Python) to automate data audits as well as routine processes to fill data gaps.
Manage internal and external client data requests.
Engage the Data Analyst(s) as needed for special projects.
Provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal and external clients.
The candidate will provide the national Data Intelligence team with broad ranging research support. Candidates should ideally have:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training.
Employer may require a Master's degree with two to four years of experience, depending on level of scrutiny within the noted position.
3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate or other market research role.
