Responsible for the managing of data analytics processes and strategies such as: operational reporting, ad-hoc analysis, dashboards and data mining exercises, and data integration. Responsible for ensuring the business makes better decisions through collection and usage of data. Partners with department finance resources to use data to update applicable cost and pricing models.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs and maintains business metrics for accountability. Meets with various business groups to understand their requirements. Business metrics may include client rankings, aggregate portfolio additions and terminations, operational effectiveness measures for various functional teams.
Leads projects and coordinates involvement of personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementation.
Streamline data collection processes to facilitate metrics reporting in order to identify trends that warrant attention. Manages performance measurement, reporting and campaign optimization, specifically tracking key performance indicators. Leverage time tracking data to enhance pricing model and develop cost per process metrics and trends.
Responsible for developing and executing project plans. Prepare and presents results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.
Exhibits analytical rigor, judgment and ability to present a comprehensive 'data story' to multiple levels of the organization.
Is well versed in data visualization techniques.

Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in computer science, math, engineering or related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience and/or training. Previous project management, business analytics and/or commercial real estate industry experience preferred. Experience with, data modeling, reporting, relational database tools, data warehousing, database architecture, and SQL, SAS and/or SPSS a plus. Experience using Tableau, Power BI or similar applications a plus.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
MCSE and CNE Certification preferred where warranted.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal stakeholders. Ability to effectively present information to various levels of employees. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook; Advanced understanding of the following technologies: Enterprise Reporting tool; SSRS Network and server architecture; Microsoft.NET Framework, SQL, C#.NET, ASP.NET, C+, VB.NET, Java, Technology security standards. Knowledge of SSRS, Network and Service Architecture, Microsoft.NET Framework, Project planning and coordination experience preferred. Strong analytical skills.
